Returns and Exchanges
At Dualle GmbH, our goal is to offer products that not only meet but exceed your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. We encourage thoughtful purchasing to reduce our collective environmental footprint. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase/receipt of parcel delivery.
All products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Underwear (all bottoms in our underwear categories) can only be returned if the packaging remains unopened. Due to hygiene considerations, opened packages of undergarments cannot be returned neither resold.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, kindly get in touch with us immediately at hello@dualle-store.com so that we can address the issue.
For all other returns, please follow the instructions provided in our Returns Form. Remember to include the completed form in your return package.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or item, please return your current item and place a new order.
Once we receive your return, allow up to 7 business days for inspection.
We will notify you of the status of your return after inspection, whether it's accepted or declined. You shall receive a refund confirmation.
Accepted returns will be processed back to the original payment method. Note that outbound shipping fees from the initial order are not refundable for orders outside Germany.
While refunds are typically processed immediately upon receiving the returned item, current conditions and precautions might cause a delay of up to 14 days post receipt.
